1. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
2. Employees of Stoves Supermarket and their affiliated companies, their immediate families, or agencies associated with the Promoter are not eligible to participate in this competition.
3. Draw Period: The “Win a Flavel Arundel Multi Fuel Wood Burning Stove!" begins on 18^th May 2020, right after the publication of the specific post on both the Facebook channel of @StoveSupermarket and Instagram channel of @stovesupermarket and ends on 30^th June 2020 12:00 GMT+1. Winner will be notified in the comments of the post and must accept the prize by contacting @Stove Supermarket via direct message on either Facebook or Instagram and provide all the necessary information requested, within 48 hours of the notification.
4. If the Promoter does not hear from the winner within this period, Stove Supermarket reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant, who similarly will have 48 hours from time of receipt of notification within which to accept the prize. Winner will be announced on the 3^rd July.
5. Eligibility: Participation open those who are sixteen (16+) years of age or older at the time of entry.
6. How to Enter - The user can enter via either Facebook or Instagram by completing the following actions:

Facebook

The user must follow @StoveSupermarket, like and share the competition post and tag 3 friends in the comment section during the period of the draw stated here above.

Instagram

The user must follow @stovesupermarket, share the post in their Instagram Story and tag @stovesupermarket, like the post & tag 3 friends in the comments during the period of the draw stated here above.

All entries must be submitted in accordance with these Official Rules; no other method of entry into this draw will be permitted. By participating in the draw, you fully and unconditionally agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Stove Supermarket, which shall be final and binding in all matters related to the draw. You are solely responsible for Internet connectivity, software and/or hardware that may be required in order to submit an entry.

7. This prize can only be redeemed online from stovesupermarket.co.uk.
8. For any reason this draw cannot be executed as planned, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupt or affect the security, administration, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this draw, or if this draw is compromised or becomes corrupted in any way, electronically or otherwise, Stove Supermarket reserves the right to terminate it. If this draw is terminated before the original end date, Stoves Supermarket will randomly select the prize winners from among all valid, non-suspect entries received as of the time/date of termination of the draw.
9. Prize Selection, Announcement & Notification: Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries. Winner notifications will begin on 3^rd July 2020 by Stove Supermarket replying to the winning comment under the draw post on either Facebook or Instagram. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the corresponding drawing. Decisions of Stove Supermarket and/or Stove Supermarket representative will be final and binding in all matters related to this draw. Entrants may be required to provide proof of eligibility in any manner Stove Supermarket deems appropriate as a condition of receiving a prize. Stove Supermarket is not responsible for any change of email address, mailing address and/or telephone number of entrants. Prizes are not transferable, may not be redeemed for cash, scalped, bartered, or otherwise sold.
10. Once the winner receives a notification of winning on either Facebook or Instagram, they will be asked further details so that Stove Supermarket can send the prize and inform on how to redeem. If the winner does not send his details within 48 hours, he will automatically lose the right to it.
11. Other Conditions of Participation: Prizes may not be transferred or assigned. No prize substitution or cash redemption will be allowed. By entering, entrants acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements. Stove Supermarket is not responsible for any delay or cancellation of the draw.
12. The Prize is returnable if you are not satisfied with your goods, please return them to us, in the original packaging, within 28 days. Please note that goods that have been worn and items damaged through wear cannot be returned.
