Here at Stove Supermarket we understand that sometimes warranties can be confusing with each manufacturer offering something different, and with any stoves purchased online the stove manufacturers may set different rules and warranty lengths from what is displayed in the stove manuals, or what is offered through a showroom.
With this in mind we have tried to make the warranties for each manufacturer as clear as possible as we want to make them easy to understand and for you to be fully aware of the length of the warranty you will have with any stove purchased through Stove Supermarket.
For full details about what is covered or not covered under the warranty, please refer to the manufacturer information provided with the stove which is usually covered in the stoves manual or warranty information sheet. The manual will also outline your obligation as the stove owner with regard to the upkeep and maintenance of the appliance in order to ensure your warranty remains valid for the entire warranty period.
