Top 5 recipes for outdoor pizza ovens

There are two types of pizza: pizza baked using a gas or electric stove and pizza baked in an outdoor pizza oven - which is far tastier. As only a wood pellet-fired pizza oven can hit the scorching temperatures needed to cook a properly al dente and slightly charred Neapolitan-style pizza.

The key to incredible pizza at home is a burning flame, crisp crust (making your own only really adds minutes to the preparation time, but you can buy decent dough from your local grocery store) and a hot hearth in order to be prepared quickly (about 4 minutes) and showcase the unmistakable flavour of a wood-fired pizza oven.

Setting up the outdoor pizza oven ranges we stock is simpler and quicker than you might think and you'll be amazed by the results.

Why not use any one of our summer-inspired outdoor pizza oven recipes to get started.
